The AirWeights MFT Complete System

Developed in collaboration with VACUDOG™ Products, the AirWeights MFT Vacuum Clamp delivers powerful, tool-free vacuum clamping for MFTs and other worktops. Its double-sided design seals quickly to the worktop surface, providing rock-solid holding without the need for extra hardware.

The AirWeights signature 1” grid pattern adds versatility by providing a simple way to isolate sections of the clamp and securely hold a wide range of shapes, sizes, and small parts—making it ideal for precision woodworking and production applications. It’s perfect for sanding, edge routing, flush trimming, deburring, and more.

Vacuum is supplied to the clamp through the included VACUDOG™ installed in the worktop. The integrated 1/8 NPT edge ports accommodate the supplied 5/16” push-to-connect fittings for use on fully sealed work surfaces without dog holes.

  • AirWeights signature 1” grid design, allows for a single zone or two independent vacuum zones
  • Fully compatible with all AirWeights gasketing and grid accessories
  • MFT compatible: locates rigidly on 20mm dog holes with a 96mm on-center layout
  • Counterbored through-holes for fastening directly to a workbench with 1/4-20 screws

  • Precision-machined in Colorado for highly accurate results
