AirWeights Return Policy
At AirWeights, we aim to support our customers and wholesale partners with a fair and transparent return policy. While the guidelines below outline our standard approach, we reserve the right to make reasonable exceptions at our discretion to support long-term partners.
Return Window
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Within this period, products may be returned or exchanged if:
• The customer changed their mind
• The wrong size or configuration was purchased
• The product does not meet the customer’s needs
After 30 days, returns are limited to warranty-related issues only.
Products Eligible for Return
AirWeights accepts returns for:
• AirWeights Vacuum Tables
• AirWeights Vacuum Pumps
We do not accept returns for consumable or non-returnable items, including but not limited to:
• Fixture plates
• Spoilboards
• Gasket materials
• Custom or special order products
• Gift cards
• Factory 2nd products
• Sale items
• Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
• Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Return Requirements
To be eligible for a return:
• Your return must be initiated within 30 days of product delivery
• The item must be in the same condition that you received it
• The item must be unworn or unused
• Tags must still be attached
• The item must be returned in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase or receipt is required
Important: Products not returned in original packaging that are damaged during return transit may lose eligibility for a refund.
Standard Warranty
All AirWeights products include a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase covering:
• Manufacturing defects
• Production malfunction under normal use
This warranty does not cover:
• Misuse
• Improper installation
• Product modifications
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by the customer
Damages, Defects, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:
• The item is defective
• The item was damaged during transit
• You received the wrong item
We will evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

Returns must be approved before being shipped back. If your return is accepted, we will provide:

• A return shipping label (if applicable)

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
To qualify:
• The item must be in the same condition that you received it
• The item must be unworn or unused
• Tags must still be attached
• The item must be in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required
Items must still meet standard return conditions outlined above.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved.
If approved:
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
• Processing typically occurs within 10 business days
Please remember that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
