When you add a fixture plate and the appropriate gasket material, you can cut through the part, and into the fixture plate material, meaning there is one less step to attaining a finished part. The fixture plate is located with a set of pins, so it installs into the same spot every time, meaning it remains consistent with your machine and AirWeights Vacuum Table.  You can use one fixture plate over and over, so once it's set up, it continues to pay for itself in time-savings.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eAs a pro-tip, we recommend that you zero your z height off the top of the fixture plate.
